Finally picked up If Children by Wye Oak (2008) after a few years of it idling on various “albums-to-buy” lists that I always seem to be putting together. Overall, it’s a great album that really nails just about every aspect of that hazy/distorted Americana sound that seems to be going around these days. I think various members of Team Slayer could really get into this one.
