So we’ve been pretty light on the slaying of late. However, with school out of the way, I’m back to my regular slaying schedule. Summer should be pretty consistent with all the shows I’m planning to catch in NYC. Perhaps we can also get a guest post or two from Merlin or Calth after Mogwai/Wilco? We shall talk.

Now to Superchunk. Been killing their pre-Majesty Shredding LP, Here’s to Shutting Up (2001) recently. In a strange way, it reminds me of Built To Spill’s Keep It Like A Secret, with “Phone Sex” == “Carry The Zero”. Also reminds me of airports and overcast spring days… Just sayin’.
