We are once again expanding here on The Tracks. Billiam Abroad will be filling the role as our first International Correspondent. He will be tasked with keeping us abreast of  musical ongoings in everywhere but North America. Yes, it’s a lot for one man to cover, but if anyone can do it, it’s Billiam. A little background:
