So the snow has finally started to fall in quantities to justify the blizzard label that’s been bandied about the last week or so. Most of my office decided three days ago that they’d be “working” from home on Wednesday, and really who am I to buck the trend? So I’ll wake tomorrow, brew my coffee, peel my orange, and settle in for lazy morning of halfhearted email checking and manuscript perusal. The soundtrack to my complacence—I’m thinking The Glow, Pt. 2 by the Microphones, the perfect companion to the claustrophobia of unplowed streets and sub-twenty temps. Apropos, here’s lead off track, “I Want the Wind to Blow”—it’s incredible how easily you can become lost in that simple guitar melody that kicks in halfway through, only to be jarred awake when the fuller arrangement finally emerges.
Could you upload a few more songs. I have never heard these guys before
“The Moon” kicks so much aasszz.
Sorry, Calth, I’ll get some more tracks up soon. Had a busy few days.
